Kevin Campion became the Warriors’ first State of Origin representative in 2001, playing four straight matches for Queensland before being replaced by clubmate PJ Marsh, the club’s only other Origin debutant until 2024.

Steve Price, Brent Tate, Jacob Lillyman, Ryan Hoffman – the Warriors’ sole New South Wales rep for their first 29 seasons – and Kurt Capewell were experienced Origin players before being lured to Auckland. Richard Villasanti and sole Blues debutant Mitch Barnett are the only players to earn a maiden Test call-up for Australia from the Warriors.
